- Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in a large industrial or engineering organization.
- For the Assistant Manager (Machine Shop) role, experience in machining, fabrication, and workshop management is preferred.
- For the Deputy Manager (Electrical / Electronics) role, experience in electrical systems, instrumentation, or automation within a heavy industrial or marine engineering environment is highly desirable.
