Professor:

• MBBS/BDS with postgraduate degree (FCPS/MCPS/MD/MS/MPhil/PhD)
• Minimum 10 years teaching/clinical experience after postgraduate qualification
• Research publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Administrative and leadership experience

Associate Professor:

• MBBS/BDS with postgraduate degree
• Minimum 6 years teaching/clinical experience after postgraduate qualification
• Research publications and academic contributions
• Teaching methodology certification preferred

Assistant Professor:

• MBBS/BDS with postgraduate degree
• Minimum 2-3 years teaching/clinical experience
• Valid PMDC registration
• Research aptitude and publications (preferred)

For Clinical Staff:

• Valid PMDC registration
• Clinical experience as per position requirements
